Order Processing

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system after the package has been dispatched.

Shipments to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping costs.

Address Changes

Address changes can only be made before the order ships. If you need to change your shipping address, please contact our customer service team via email immediately. Once the package has been handed over to the carrier, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Delivered / Lost Packages

If the tracking status shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package: please check with neighbors, your building’s front desk, or the local post office first. If an investigation is required, please contact us within 7 business days of the “Delivered” status update.
In the event of a lost or missing package, we will file a claim with the carrier. Carrier investigations typically take 7–14 business days to complete. We will not process refunds or reshipments until the claim outcome is determined.

Important Notes

  1. We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier service disruptions, weather conditions, customs clearance, holidays, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. 2. We reserve the right to cancel orders if shipping is not possible due to carrier restrictions.
